1 package Raincoast Crisps® Cranberry and Hazelnut , broken into small pieces
1/2 cup dried cherries or dried cranberries
1/2 cup hazelnuts or pecans, toasted and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup golden syrup, golden corn syrup or honey
10 oz 70% bittersweet chocolate, chopped into small chunks
7 tablespoons butter, unsalted
DirectionsLine a 9-inch square metal baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine crisps, cherries and hazelnuts. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, add syrup, chocolate, and butter, stirring until completely melted and well combined. Pour over dry ingredients. Using a wooden spoon, stir well. Scrape mixture evenly into prepared pans, and using the back of a tablespoon, press evenly to flatten the top. Cool completely. Refrigerate at least 3 hours until chilled. Cut into bars and serve as a cheese board accompaniment.
