Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake



Ingredients

Cake
½ c butter, melted
2 eggs
1 c sugar
3 c all-purpose flour
2 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
1 ½ c milk

Topping
1c butter melted
1c brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Glaze
2c powdered sugar
5Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all the cake ingredients together until well combined. Pour into a 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.

For the topping, mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined. Spread the topping mixture evenly on the batter and swirl with a knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

For the glaze, mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl until it is the consistency of pancake syrup. While the cake is still warm, poke holes in the cake and drizzle the glaze over it. It will set to a harder glaze. Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!!!
