1 pint strawberries, washed, and dry
1/4 cup Nutella (+more for coating)
2 oz cream cheese, softened
Graham cracker crumbs, optional garnish
Crushed pecans, optional garnish
DirectionsTrim green tops off strawberries. Use melon baller or small spoon to scoop out flesh into small bowl. Mash flesh with fork and stir in Nutella and cream cheese until thoroughly combined.
Place filling into piping bag fitted with medium round tip. Pipe filling into hulled strawberries then coat outer half with thin layer of Nutella. Dip coated portion of strawberries in graham cracker crumbs or crushed nuts. Store filled berries upside down on parchment-lined sheet tray. Chill until ready to serve.
