Eggnog and Bacon Pancakes



Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup eggnog
• 1 1/2 cup cake flour
• 1 egg (lightly beaten)
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp clarified butter
• 2 cups chopped bacon (sit to side)

Directions

• In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients except for bacon.
• Mix until fully combined.
• In a seasoned skillet, on medium heat, add butter or oil to cook pancakes.
• Ladle 1/3 cup of pancake mix into pan. Once pancake starts to form, add desired bacon bits.
• Flip pancake and allow to finish.
• When done, remove pancake from pan and set to the side.
• Serve with your favorite breakfast items.
