1.5 lb Large shrimp peeled, deveined and tails-on
1/4 c Vegetable Oil
2 T Butter
6-8 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 c white or dry sherry wine
1T Hot Sauce
1T Local Honey
1 Lime, juiced
1/2 t Coarse Salt
1/4 t White pepper
1/4 t onion powder
1/8 t dry oregano
1/8 t ground cumin
1/4 c parsley, finely chopped, garnish
Directions1.Heat the oil over medium-high heat
2. Add Shrimp saute 3-5 minutes, remove from the pan, set aside.
3. Add butter and garlic, saute
4 Add the wine, lime juice, spices, her, honey and hot sauce.
5. Return Shrimp to the pan; Turn off the heat, add the parsley and mix it in well.
Serve immediately. Great served with Congri or Pasta.
