13 ounces gluten free canned chicken*
1 cup spinach, finely chopped
1/2 cup red peppers, finely chopped
4 ounces goat cheese*
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup gluten free panko breadcrumbs*
4 tablespoons coconut oil

DirectionsUsing mixer on low speed, combine first 9 ingredients until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Place panko breadcrumbs in small bowl. Divide chicken mixture into 8 parts and form into patties. Coat each patty with panko breadcrumbs. Heat oil on medium high heat and cook patties for 3-4 minutes on one side then gently turn and cook another 3-4 minutes.
