Irish Leprechaun Cheesecake Brownies



Ingredients


• 1 Family Size Brownie Mix of your choice (along with ingredients listed to make this
• 1- 8 oz pack of Cream Cheese
• ½ cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons of Flour
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
• Green Food coloring
• 1 tablespoon of vanilla
• ¼ Cup + 2 tablespoons of Irish Cream Liqueur
• 8x8 square pan for a thicker brownie or 9”x11” for a thin
• **OPTIONAL – Gold Sprinkles/ Rainbow candy for garnish

Directions


• Step 1 – Preheat Oven to 335 degrees then grease pan – You may also opt to line pan with parchment paper
• Step 2 – Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions (ADD 2 tablespoons of Irish Cream) – leave approximately 1 cup to pour on top
• Step 3 – In a separate bowl prepare cheesecake batter using the following recipe:
o Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla thoroughly using a hand mixer
o Add Eggs – Beat until smooth
o Add Sour cream
o Add Flour
o ¼ Cup Irish Cream
o Color batter to desired shade of green
• Step 4 – Fill pan with brownie mix
• Step 5 – Using a large spoon, drop Cheesecake mix and reserved brownie batter on top
• Step 6 – Use spoon or table knife to swirl creating a marble effect
• Step 7 – Optional – Add gold sprinkles on top
• Bake for approximately 30 minutes – Allow to set in refrigerator for approximately 2 hours.
