Omelette Cupcakes


• 10 eggs
• 1/8 cup milk
• ½ Cup of each of the following DICED: tomatoes, spinach, onions, cheddar cheese, chopped meat of choice (bacon, ham, sausage seafood)
• ½ cup grated cheddar cheese (to top cupcakes)
• 3 oz Cream cheese cut into small cubes
• Cupcake Pan
• Cupcake liners (optional)
• Non Stick spray


• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• Generously spray cupcake pans with non stick spray
• In bowl combine eggs, milk and desired seasoning. Mix thoroughly
• Pour egg mixture into cupcake pan ¾ of the way
• Using spoon add a little of each ingredients to poured egg mixtures.
• Once desired ingredients are in, add cheddar cheese to top
• Bake for approximately 15 minutes
• Once out of the oven. Allow to cool/ set before removing from pan.
• Store in airtight container or freezer bag
