Peach Cobbler Shortcake



Ingredients

Angel food cake
Vanilla Pudding mix
2 cans 12oz Sliced Peaches
Cinnamon
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
1 tub Whipped Cream

Directions

Prepare Vanilla Pudding Mix according to packet directions and set aside.

Add Pudding mix to Whipped Cream - Mix until Combined and refrigerate.

In a separate bowl use 2 cans of sliced peaches (drained) add brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook on medium heat for approximately 5 min.

Horizontally slice Angel food cake into 2.

Beginning with Angel food cake, layer the dessert bowl or dish with peaches and the whipped cream pudding mixture.

Garnish with peaches and Nilla wafers (optional).
