Peaches-n-Cream Cheesecake Bars



Ingredients

• 2 8oz packages of Cream Cheese
• 1 cups confectioner’s sugar
• 1 tablespoon of vanilla flavoring
• 1 cup of canned peaches, drained and crushed
• 3 cups of crushed Nilla wafers + 3- 4 crushed cookies for garnishing
• 3 table spoons of melted butter
• ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon

Directions

• Step 1 – CRUST: Mix crushed cookie crumbs, cinnamon and melted butter well
• Step 2 – Press mixture into 8x8 pan firmly, ensuring the entire bottom of the pan is covered with the crumbs
• Step 3 – In a separate bowl, combine sugar, extract, and cream cheese. Mix with electric beater until well blended. Fold in peaches
• Step 4 - Pour cream cheese mixture over crust, spread evenly and garnish with additional cookie pieces. Refrigerate for approximately 4 hours or overnight
• Cut into squares and serve
