Pound Cake Bread Pudding



Ingredients

• 1/2 pound cake (Refer to Mama’s Old Fashion Pound Cake recipe on WCTV.tv)
• 10 oz heavy cream
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 3 whole eggs
• 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
• 1/3 cup almond milk
• 1 cup chocolate chunks
• 1 cup Nutella
• 1/2 cup almond milk

Directions

Pound Cake Bread Pudding
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled pound cake, cinnamon, nutmeg, cream, 1/3 cup almond milk, brown sugar, and eggs. Mix until fully combined.
• Add chocolate chunks and fold.
• In a greased glass baking dish, add bread mixture.
• Bake for 1 hour. When done, allow 20 mins to cool and set.

Nutella Drizzle
• In a mixing bowl, add Nutella and remaining almond milk. Mix until smooth consistency.
• Cut bread pudding into desired piece.
• Spoon Nutella mix on top.
• Enjoy!
