TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- Florida State University is officially in the market for a new wide receivers coach. Coach Lawrence Dawsey will not return to his coaching position for the Seminoles' 2018 season, Warchant reports.
Dawsey reportedly told the media outlet that he would like to remain with the Seminoles in some capacity, but no official plan has been made public.
Dawsey, a former Seminole All-America wide receiver, has been a member of the FSU coaching staff since January 2007. Prior to coaching at FSU, Dawsey coached for three seasons at the University of South Florida.
