Pink Bras Against Breast Cancer

"Bring it and bling it!" That's the American Cancer Society's new breast cancer campaign.

Volunteers met yesterday in Tallahassee to decorate pink bras. They'll be used in a contest to help raise money for breast cancer awareness. Volunteers hope to bring as many local people together to help fight the disease.

"Pink bra helps to empower people," volunteer Adrienne Bowen said as she flexed her bicep.

"It is totally awesome," said breast cancer survivor Sue Johns. "I and the other women in Reach to Recovery and every woman here obviously believes that a cure needs to be found, and that a cure will be found."

The pink bra contest winner will be announced August 25. If you'd like to help out, you can visit the American Cancer Society in Tallahassee at 2619 Centennial Blvd #101 or visit www.putonyourpinkbra.com
