UPDATED 11.17.2011 by Julie Montanaro 12:40pm

Tallahassee Police have taken down the crime tape at T.G.I Fridays and employees and managers have been allowed back inside.

Employees swept up the broken glass and taped handwritten signs on the doors indicating the restaurant was closed.

A steady stream of lunch customers pulled up only to discover the restaurant was closed.

"Nothing surprises me anymore," one man said when he heard about the robbery.

We have no word yet from managers on when the restaurant will reopen.

A trio of robbers struck at T.G.I. Friday's and beat up the employees. Tallahassee police are still looking for the culprits.

The incident happened at 7:15 this morning. The front door was shattered. There are just a few shards of glass still hanging in the corners.

Police aren't saying much, except that they are looking for three black men. Eyewitness News spoke with the owner and managers and they tell us there were three employees at the restaurant at the time, and that they had just opened up to start prepping for lunch.

The managers tell us the robbers beat up the employees, but no one was shot. The managers tell us that all three are being treated at the hospital right now.

T.G.I. Friday's employees are lined up on the curb at the parking lot, waiting on word of when the restaurant will open.

Forensics crews are still going in and out of the restaurant collecting evidence.

One employee told us her colleagues were locked in the freezer, but TPD will not confirm that at this point.

We are also awaiting a description of the robbers and a possible getaway car.
