Every Team: Bowden and Andrews' Last Trip to the Swamp
For Bobby Bowden and Mickey Andrews, their final visit to Gainesville was one that they wish would have ended differently. A 37-10 loss to the Florida Gators, sent the Seminoles back to Tallahassee winless for their third straight trip.

FSU Head Football Coach Bobby Bowden says,
"I don't know what's going to happen as far as time but I know I won't be back here. If I do, I'll have to buy a ticket."
For Bobby Bowden and Mickey Andrews, their final visit to Gainesville was one that they wish would have ended differently. A 37-10 loss to the Florida Gators, sent the Seminoles back to Tallahassee winless for their third straight trip.
Bobby Bowden adds,
"This is my 34th year at Florida State and half of them have been here. We've had some great wins here, we've had a lot of tail kickings here. This was a pretty good tail kicking today."
FSU Sophomore Wide Receiver Bert Reed adds,
"It kind of hurts to send him out this way at the Swamp but he's played some great games here, him and his teams. It just hurts that we couldn't come out successful."
For Defensive Coordinator, the his time in Gainesville might be the worst experience he has ever had at the Swamp. Florida gained 545 total yards on offense, the most the Seminoles have allowed all year.
FSU Senior Safety Jamie Robinson adds,
"We wanted to send him out good, not just this game but the past games, all the games this season. Especially this year being his last year we wanted to end on a good note. We haven't beaten Florida in the last five years. We wanted to end that streak for him and go out on that note but we couldn't get it done."
One game does not define a career, but for coaching legends like Bowden and Andrews, a loss to their rival is never easy to overcome.

Does it really matter at this point. It is what it is . Florida has superior athletes, they are on top of recruiting , for how many years now ? The Gators have just re-loaded, they will be hard to beat this year. However, we may have to play Bama twice, in the SEC Championship once again. Brantly is an awesome passer, and yes he has the recievers.
