Tallahassee, FL -- February 1, 2012 --

FAMU head coach Joe Taylor is ready for his 5th recruiting class since taking over the FAMU Rattlers program.

They went with a backyard recruiting focus. Marshane Godbolt from Wakulla High Cchool... Caleb Helms from North Florida Christian and Jamal Gay from Florida High. The Rattlers lost a quarterback when Austin Trainer bolted for Division 2, and so coach Taylor picked up Port Saint Lucie's Timmy Caffey..

Today's class of 24 signees range from Apopka and Miami all the way to Clayville, Pennsylvania.
