Wild Adventures Seeks to Hire 200 at Job Fair
The park is currently assembling its team for the 2012 season, and is currently filling 200 positions. Applicants can apply online and the hiring has already begun.

[UPDATE] Valdosta, Ga. -- February 15, 2012 --
Wild Adventures began its job fair that seeks to hire 200 employees for the summer.
July is usually its busiest month and the park employs over 700 people. As for the job fair, over 600 people applied online for the 200 available positions.
Wendi Burke, the Human Resources Director for Wild Adventures, said "for us it's really important that anyone that hasn't had a job before, we can come in and they can be trained. On a ride, as a lifeguard, or they can be trained in food and beverage. And then usually the next season they come back a lot of times they have an opportunity to be promoted from within."
Wild Adventures officially opens on March 17.
Valdosta, GA – Feb. 13, 2012 -
Wild Adventures Theme Park (WA) employs a large work force, providing hundreds of job opportunities to the local community every year. The park is currently assembling its team for the 2012 season, and looks to fill approximately two hundred positions at an upcoming job fair Wednesday, February 15 and Thursday, February 16, at the park. All interested applicants are required to complete an online application to receive an invitation to participate in the job fair and the interview process.
WA has positions available across all areas of the park and the job fair is organized based on those areas of interest. Interviews for positions in Aquatics, Attractions, Guest Services, will be take place Wednesday, February 15, 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and interviews for positions in Merchandise, Games, and Food & Beverage will be Thursday, February 16, 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. All applicants are encouraged to dress in business attire. High school applicants must bring their school transcript and college students may either bring their transcript or resume to the job fair.
Interested applicants must apply and register online at www.wildadventures.com/jobs to receive an invitation to participate in the job fair. WA now provides an easy and eco-friendly online application process, giving applicants the opportunity to search job positions, apply, and upload resumes online. The park no longer accepts paper or e-mailed applications.

A Few weeks ago we had a court ruling pertaining to LEA'S(law enforcement agencies) using your GPS in your car or cell phone to track a citizens. The court ruled they must have a search warrant.
