Early voting begins this week in Florida.

Early voting begins today, 15 days before the election.

It ends on Nov. 1.

Nationwide, about a third of the electorate is expected to vote early this year.

That would be up from 22 percent in 2004 and 16 percent in 2000.

A list of Florida early voting sites is available at the Florida Division of Elections' Web site.

Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama has been pushing early voting and will be in Florida for its start.
