Tallahassee, FL - Miriam Carey is the person behind the U.S. Capitol lockdown last week. The 34-year-old was shot and killed by police last Thursday after she ran her car into a barricade near the White House. Carey's mother, says her daughter suffered postpartum depression, got sicker, and was even hospitalized for it.
