Sometimes, you just can't beat a walk in the park!
Moving Day Tallahassee is an annual walk that encourages people to get active while raising fund to beat Parkinson's disease. Our own Andy Alcock was there emceeing the event and helped people get in the mood for a good cause.
Joan Cassels, Vice President of the North Florida Parkinson's Association says, "Our motto is: 'Whatever it takes to beat Parkinson's' because that's our goal. But in the meantime, it is to give people an opportunity to know, you know, there are some good things that we can do and life is not over when you're diagnosed with Parkinson's."
This is Moving Day's third annual walk.
