Seven-year-old Mykayla Comstock is one of 22-hundred cancer patients in Oregon authorized to use medical marijuana. Her mother says the cannabis helps Mykayla fight her aggressive form of leukemia and deal with the pain. Oregon's law does not require pediatricians to monitor a child's usage. Instead, it's left up to the parents to decided on the dosage, frequency and manner of consumption.
