You won't see graphic anti-smoking images and messages on cigarette cartons. A federal judge threw out a mandate requiring tobacco companies to place the images and words on their products. It was part of the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act passed in 2009. It would have required graphic images and nine written warnings, such as "Tobacco smoke causes harm to children." The judge said the act is a violation of free speech.

Also, new research finds that women who eat fish... May be reducing their colon cancer risk. Previous studies have linked fish consumption to a lower risk of heart disease for both genders. Now a new study by Vanderbilt University researchers finds eating at least three servings of fish per week may reduce a woman's risk of developing some types of colon polyps. According to the study...those healthy omega-three fatty acids in fish may reduce inflammation and help prevent polyps from developing.
