April 5, 2012 - Unroasted coffee beans may be the key to quick weight loss. A new study found that a small group of overweight people lost about 10-percent of their body weight after eating less than an ounce of ground, green coffee beans every day for 22 weeks. The study was presented at the American Chemical Society's spring national meeting.
