Without skipping a beat, doctors discover a new way to help your heart.
A new UCLA study says drinking at least three cups of either green or black tea reduces the risk of stroke by twenty-one percent.
Drink six cups and the risk lowers to forty-two percent.
This effect was found in tea made from the plant Camellia Sinensin.
Doctors call the finding "exciting" because there are few known ways to reduce the risk of stroke.
The results of the study are published in the online edition of the journal "Stroke."
