That morning meal doesn't have to take up a lot of precious time. Here are some quick tips to get your day off on a right start.

Three meal ideas that don't require the use of any appliances or cooking include:

Plain greek yogurt with blueberries;
High fiber cereal with milk;
And an apple or banana with almond nut butter.
Two breakfast foods that you can take out the door with you that require minimal cooking include:
A fruit smoothie and
A breakfast wrap using microwaved scrambled eggs and avocado slices on a whole grain tortilla.
