In today's Health Matters, foods. Think you don't consume much sugar? Think again. Sugar doesn't just come from obvious sources like dessert.

Here are three common hidden sugar culprits.

Flavored yogurt. Commercially prepared fruited yogurt is high in sugar and low in fruit.

Sports drinks. Water and a small snack are sufficient after an hour of exercise.

And power bars. Although there are dozens on the market, few are good choices. They may be convenient, but you're probably better served by eating real food.
