In today's Health Matters, the next time you go to the doctor, you might want to ask the nurse to take your blood pressure on both arms.

A new study in the British medical journal "The Lancet," says if the top number -- the systolic reading -- is at least 10 to 15 millimeters higher in one arm than the other, it could be a sign of vascular disease. And those circulatory problems can lead to a higher risk of heart problems, up to and including death.
