Madison County Falls One Win Shy
Greg Bryant rushed for 243 yards and three touchdowns to lead Delray Beach American Heritage to a 30-3 victory over Madison County in the Florida High School Athletic Association Class 3A championship game on Saturday.

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- Greg Bryant rushed for 243 yards and three
touchdowns to lead Delray Beach American Heritage to a 30-3 victory
over Madison County in the Florida High School Athletic Association
Class 3A championship game on Saturday.
Bryant broke open a 7-3 game at halftime with two second-half
scores for American Heritage (11-2) on long, time consuming drives.
His 39 carries was a career high for the junior running back.
American Heritage's defense stood tall when they stopped Madison
County (12-2) on a fourth-and-8 from the 11-yard line. Leading 17-3
after the stop, the Stallions went on a 19-play, 87-yard drive that
took over 10 minutes to finish.
Sophomore Deonshay Wells had 76 yards rushing for Madison
County.
