Daytona Beach, Florida (AP) --
Two Daytona Beach police officers are charged with felony criminal mischief after they allegedly dented a mobile home by kicking it.
Officers Justin Ranum and Donald Aldridge were arrested September 2
and released on $1,000 bail. They were placed on administrative
leave with pay.
According to The Daytona Beach News-Journal, they went to a
woman's trailer August 9 looking for her boyfriend, who had fled
police a week earlier during a traffic stop. When no one answered,
the officers allegedly started kicking and hitting the trailer with
a flashlight.
The boyfriend was later arrested and charged with fleeing and
eluding police.
Ranum declined to comment to The Associated Press. A message
left for Aldridge was not immediately returned Friday.

gary, It sounds as if you are some kind of criminal. Why do the police need to question you? Most police officers are truly professional. There are a few bad apples in LE just as there are in any other profession.
Sounds like there is more to this story than what meets the eye! I say wait until investigation into the alledge complaint is done before you judge either side. There are always 2 sides to every story!!!!
sounds like just two more officers abusing their powers and doing as they please. So many officers now days think they are way above the law and can do as they please. I think they need some training on how to act and how to talk to people. So many of them are so foul mouth that if they question me and talk like so many of them do, I would not talk to them. It's all the fault of supervisors.
