Tallahassee, FL - At a hearing on Friday September 3,2010, The Florida Commission on Ethics released new information regarding charges against a former Leon County commissioner.
Two years ago an ethics complaint was filed against Ed DePuy that stated he voted on matters concerning a community while he owned a lot in that development.
Officials say DePuy voted on the development in January and March of 2007 when he was a paid consultant for Booth Companies.
An investigation in 2009 provided probable cause for charges of two counts of voting conflicts.
The commission's most recent hearing explored a supplemental investigation which resulted in probable cause for another charge of failure to disclose income in 2007.

I don't see a dimes worth of difference in DePuy's actions and those of Thaell. Even the same corporation is at the center of it. I still haven't forgot the PBA and it's underhanded actions regarding DePuy. No more " Donations for Donuts " from Sergeant Turnage guys...
