Authorities say a 12-year-old girl missing from Florida has been found in Douglas County, Georgia just west of Atlanta, and appears to be okay.
Authorities say Briana Schultheis and the man she's been traveling with were taken into custody Wednesday. The girl vanished on Sunday, apparently in the company of a registered sex offender who had been doing some work for her family.
Briana's mother had 30-year-old Raymond Lewis fired when she found out about his background, but authorities say the girl had already formed some kind of bond with him.
Authorities issued an Amber Alert. The FBI and state authorities had offered a $10,000 reward in hopes of finding Briana and putting Lewis in jail.
