TALLAHASSEE -- It's one of those things you really have to see to believe. A Tallahassee woman is spending every night this holiday season dressed in Christmas lights.
Fifty-one year old Candy Strand says she gets a kick out of the reaction she gets as she dances in front of her home to Christmas music. She says she's not trying to out-do her neighbors, she just to wants to spread a little holiday cheer.
"you hear quite often: 'you get the prize!' I'm still wondering what the prize is, but I know what they mean," she says. "It's a good thing. They enjoy the lights."
Candy usually comes out and starts dancing around seven p-m and stays out until eleven. She says it's quite the workout.
You can catch her every night until Christmas at her home just off Carrington Drive.
