Shortly after 4 a.m. on Friday, August 3, 2002, 39-year-old Constance DuPont was found dead in her apartment, shot through a window.
Neighbors reported hearing seven gunshots that morning.
Mike Phillips, a FDLE special agent supervisor, says, "Because of the time of day, witnesses are few. People heard the gunshots, but no one saw it occur.”
Police say the area is known for drug activity. Investigators say any tidbit of information could help crack the case.
