The man charged with the first degree murder of a Crawfordville woman is fighting his return to Florida to face those charges.

Gary Michael Hilton is fighting his extradition to Florida.

He is accused of killing Cheryl Dunlap and dumping her body in the Apalachicola Forest in December.

Hilton wants to contest the validity of the Florida arrest.

He is currently serving life in prison for the death of hiker, Meredith Emerson.

We'll have reaction to these late breaking developments from State Attorney Willie Meggs, tonight at 11.

Sorry, I'm a little slow. Can someone tell me what this means? Is he trying to get out of coming to Florida or is he trying to say he didn't do it or what?

Should do him as the jackson county boys did Claude Neal back in the 30's or 40's.
