Firefighters responded to a fire at a mobile home early Wednesday morning. When they arrived on scene, the home was completely engulfed in flames.
Five-year-old Hunter Wolf and his two-year-old sister Destinee died in the fire. Officials with the Brooks County Sheriff's Office say the children's mother Jeannie attempted to rescue them, but to no avail.
Her husband Josh was working at the time of the fire.
The Brooks County Sheriff's Office and the state fire marshal will investigate the cause of the fire.
