More than 20 people were killed when a bus full of evacuees caught fire, and New Orleans is awash in water again.
Water is now pouring over and through one of the patched levees in the city's industrial canal. The breach has been allowing water to pour into a neighborhood that had been flooded and then drained following Hurricane Katrina.
There's no sign that any other areas of New Orleans are in danger.
