Here's a tail waggin' tip! Founder of Best Friends Dog Rescue Laurie Deese takes in abandoned dogs and puppies.
She says canines without identification make it nearly impossible to reunite a lost dog with its owner. Deese says it also leads to a waste of time and money.
She says, "Just about all of them. I don't think I've ever found one that's had a tag or collar. We even had one wander up, we took her to be spayed and she was already spayed."
Deese has several available dogs up for adoption. For information about any of these pups, call (229) 377-1538.
