Shots rang out at Heritage Grove Thursday night, which is home to many of FSU's fraternities.
A man was beaten and robbed in the parking lot there, and FSU police are still looking for three cars which sped from the scene.
FSU police say it all started with a confrontation between two groups of friends at the Baja Beach Club, and it ended with four shots fired in the parking lot at Heritage Grove.
MAJ Tom Longo with the FSU Police Department says, "One young man was pulled from his vehicle. He was beaten and robbed and someone fired shots into the air with a handgun. No one was struck by the shots; they were apparently fired into the air."
FSU police plan to talk with club-goers and residents at Heritage Grove as they try to track down a gray Camry, a white Range Rover and an orange Chevy Caprice that fled the scene early Friday morning.
