A free clinic has been set up at the Red Cross shelter on Thomasville Road in Tallahassee.
The one thing the evacuees need the most is prescription refills, and the local medical community and pharmacies have responded, donating thousands of dollars of medicine and medical supplies.
Larry Bobinger from Gulfport, MS, says, "The Red Cross has really been there, the people of Florida, just everything. It's the only thing that's helped me get through."
The shelter has a need for a mini fridge for the insulin and personal hygiene products.
You can make those donations at the Church of Latter Day Saints on Thomasville Road.
Tallahassee Memorial is also reporting that three babies have been born to evacuees already this week. We are hoping to hear their stories in the coming days.
