Crime stoppers this week features an elderly woman doing her shopping at Wal-Mart.
She turns her back long enough to have her wallet stolen from her purse.
And another ATM nightmare comes to life. Surveillance pictures show the man police say stole the woman's wallet with her ATM card inside. Along with the card was its pin number, giving the thief easy access to her money.
One thousand dollars worth over two days.
Kathy Mcghin of Crime Stoppers warns:
"Please do not have your ATM pin number (sic) in your wallet. Some banks are not reimbursing the victims when the pin number is in the purse and the purse is stolen, or wallet."
If you can help solve this crime, call Crime Stoppers. The number: 850-891-HELP
You could be eligible for a reward of up to one thousand dollars.
