Investigators say they received the prank call complaint late Sunday night.
Police say the department's duty officer traced the number to Thomasville High's ROTC room, and contacted a nearby unit.
SGT Rachelle Denmark, spokesperson for Thomasville police, says, "That officer was able to get over to the ROTV room at Thomasville High School quickly, came into the back driveway with lights off and was able to catch an individual wearing dark clothing coming out of the ROTC building."
SGT Denmark says the person is a 15-year-old female student enrolled in the school's ROTC program.
Police say they're investigating several break-ins at the ROTC room and are uncertain how many burglary charges the juvenile will face.
