A 15-year-old boy died Thursday after being involved in a single-car accident Wednesday.

Wednesday Joseph Castro crashed his vehicle near the intersection of Tram Road and Fours Oaks Boulevard. During the initial crash investigation, Leon Co. Sheriff's deputies found Castro injured but able to stand and talk.

Further investigation of the crash revealed Castro was traveling west on Tram Road when he collided into the eastbound shoulder of the road, causing his vehicle to flip over.

EMS responders took Castro to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. No passengers were in the vehicle with Castro.

Castro died Thursday at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Leon County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Homicide Investigators have been assigned to investigate the cause of this crash and an autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death.

R.I.P. Joseph! He is dead and did not deserve to be dead for having a little fun. I believe there are a lot of hypocrites that posted on this article. I am with Brittany, If you cant post anything good, why dont you go jump off the river bridge that has no water underneath!

To OMG, my thought are with the father, but forgive me for asking the obvious questions. This child was breaking the law--end of story! It is a shame that he had to die because of it.

First..that is a ridiculous area to be driving on at nite...especially if he was speeding...that road sucks! That being said....leave the poor family alone. Shame on yall makin those "parents fault" comments. If you have kids how many times have you busted your children doing something they shouldnt have? If you dont...think back to your high school days. Kids do stupid things. Are you people suggesting that the father should have slept next to the bed so he wouldnt be able to leave at nite? Teens sneak out at nite...they borrow parents cars and do stupid things....period. Have some decency people. If you dont have anything nice to say dont say anything at all.

President Obama heads to Cleveland, Ohio Wednesday to announce a series of measures he hopes will help jump start the economy. He'll propose letting businesses write off all their new investments in plant and equipment through 2011. According to the New York Times, the President also hopes to help consumers by extending Bush-era tax cuts for families earning less than 250,000 dollars a year. But he will rule out any compromise that would extend the tax cuts for the wealthy.
