Florida Transportation Plan

Florida's governor and transportation secretary unveil a plan to spend another $3 billion on roads, ports, trains and planes over the next six years.

There are 246 projects on the list, including six-laning a portion of Capital Circle in Tallahassee.

Gov. Jeb Bush says most of the money would pay for new roads to ease congestion.

Florida Department of Transportation Secretary Denver Stutler says funding for airports, seaports and rail projects around the state are also included in the growth management plan.
