Brooks County, GA - 33 year-old Anthony Ceasar has been charged in the shooting deaths of Jamal and Anisa Mobley, two siblings from Morven.

The pair were shot outside of the home they shared with their parents last September as they were on their way to work as Correctional Officers at the Valdosta State Prison.

Ceasar was served arrest warrants Wednesday inside the jail cell, where he's also charged in the last August shooting death of Kenneth Johnson. According to court documents, Ceasar and Johnson were accomplices in an undercover drug ring. Johnson was shot dead and his girlfriend, Lashanda Williams was also shot outside of an Applebee's in Valdosta.

"The connection between these three deaths, and the one aggravated assault is Anthony Ceasar himself. We feel like he committed both crimes, but other than that, there's not really a connection right now, that we can release", says Special Agent In Charge, Steve Turner, with the GBI.

The Mobley's grandfather, Floyd Smallwood, says he's glad to know Ceasar won't be able to hurt other families the way he's hurt them.

Anthony Ceasar is facing two counts of Malice Murder, two counts of Felony Murder, and two counts of Aggravated Assault in the deaths of Jamal and Anisa Mobley. He's also facing felony murder in the death of Kenneth Johnson.

The GBI says Anthony Ceasar and one of the victims, Anisa Mobley, dated for a period of time, but no one is commenting on a motive. Anthony Cesar will have his first appearance in a Brooks County Court in the next few days.
