While his teammates were preparing for the Orange Bowl kick off, suspended FSU football player A.J. Nicholson was in Tallahassee meeting with his probation officer, Nelson Andrews.
Andrews says Nicholson is slated to wrap up his six months probation for drunk driving here next Friday as long as there are no developments in the Miami rape investigation.
Nelson Andrews says, "I did inform him when I talked to him yesterday that if he is charged down in Broward County that his probation will be violated, but as of right now, after talking to the Broward County state attorney's office today, he has not been charged."
Nicholson was suspended from the FSU football team last week after a 19-year-old woman accused him of sexually assaulting her at the team hotel in Miami.
