A.J. Nicholson is still on probation in Leon County, which could further complicate things for the football star.
Nicholson was sentenced to six months of probation on drunk driving charges at a hearing in August. We talked with his probation officer, Nelson Andrews, Thursday afternoon.
He says the six-month period is slated to end February 6. He says if Nicholson winds up facing any charges in Miami he will be charged with violating his probation here too, which will likely mean a trip to jail.
At this point Nicholson has not been charged with any crimes in Miami, so there are no legal implications in Tallahassee right now either.
