Ray Marky was an assistant attorney general for the state back in the 70’s when he helped write Florida's new capital punishment law.
He then spent the next two decades fighting off last minute death row appeals including those of notorious serial killer Ted Bundy.
Marky spent 40 years working for prosecutors and the state attorney general and argued before the U.S Supreme Court seven times.
