The measure, which passed 111-60, now waits to be signed by Republican Gov. Sonny Perdue.
The bill would require voters to have a driver's license, military ID or state-issued identification card with a photo.
It removes several forms of ID currently accepted, including Social Security cards, birth certificates and utility bills.
