Court documents show that Martin Harrell, his son Charles Harrell and Cairo businessman W. Dexter Harrison all face a variety of federal charges.
The most serious of those is against the oldest, Harrell, who faces charges ranging from arson and fraud to racketeering.
Court records say Harrell's charges stem from a 2002 arson and cattle deal dispute.
The trial will get underway February 21 in Thomasville.
