Thirty-year-old Ali Lisha Gilmore has been missing since last week and police need your help to find her.

"Most missing people are going to be juvenile and a lot of those are the runaways and they end up coming back, but for a 30-year-old adult to be missing, we kind of want to know where she is," says Tallahassee Police OFC John Newland.

"I just hope they can find her. It's surprising to me," says neighbor Emmett Ford.

Police spent Tuesday searching Gilmore's home in the quiet community of Wilson Green, collecting items and looking for clues. She hasn't reported to work since Friday. Authorities also say she is four months pregnant.

"It saddens me that something like that could happen, especially because she is expecting. I just had a little one, so I know the feeling. It saddens me," expresses neighbor Lateia Robinson.

Police are stopping short of calling this foul play because there are just too many unknowns in this case. Upon investigation, authorities found no signs of a break-in.

Anyone with information should call Tallahassee police at 850-891-4200 or Crime Stoppers at 850-891-HELP.
